Mr. Ramsey was born August 12th, 1961 in Durham, NC, son of the late James E. Ramsey, and the late Eunice S. Ramsey. He is survived by his wife, Miriam (Smith) Ramsey whom he married Aug. 10, 1963, 2 daughters, Mindy (Jarrod) Patterson of Canton, Marcy (Bryon) Woost of Beloit, daughter-in-law, Lori Ramsey of Alliance, brother, James (Marilyn) Ramsey of Beloit, 6 grandchildren, Jaclyn Phillips, Rachel (Jenson) Coblentz, Brandon Patterson, Mara Woost, Brock Woost, Makenna Woost, 2 great granddaughters, Gianna and Kynslee Phillips.
